General Terms and Conditions:
We do not freight bird overseas or interstate, we prefer you to meet and view the bird/s before taking them home
Prices are not negotiable unless otherwise stated
For security reasons viewing our birds is by appointment only - we do not offer aviary tours or viewing of birds not for sale
Please do not bring your birds or pets to our property
Children must be supervised at all times or you will be asked to leav
Live Animal Refunds, Exchanges and Lifetime return:
Choose carefully, we do not refund or exchange once the bird leaves our care - birds are for life!
Lifetime Return - Birds can be returned if you can no longer care for them. Please note we do not pay for returned birds.

Licencing and Society Memberships:
Queenslander Aviaries does not keep/breed/sell/trade or buy any restricted wildlife (or animals), so is not required to hold a recreational or commercial wildlife permit.
Members of the Parrot Society of Australia under the prefix of Queenslander Aviaries and it's owners name.
Queenslander Aviaries complies with all codes of practice and recommendations within the Animal Care and Protection Act 2001.

Online Store Refunds, Returns, Shipping and Payment Policy
Online Store Refunds:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you received please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Online Store Returns:
Items must be returned unopened, unused and intact original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending a return for postal information. Once the item/s are received we will contact you to arrange replacement products or if eligible a refund.
Used or damaged (if not received damaged) items returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Choose carefully or before purchasing ask for us for some advice. We will not refund items because they are not suitable or change of mind outside the conditions above.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Online Store Arrived Damaged or Missing items:
If your package arrives damaged you must supply photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving the package. If your order is missing an item/s please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Items like our Pinecone Treat range may have some loose seeds in the packaging, this is normal and unless excessive is not considered damaged.
Online Store Shipping Policy:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring all information provided at the time of checkout is correct. Please ensure your Paypal shipping information is correct, we use these details to ship your order. Items are usually shipped within three days after receiving payment.
Items are sent via Australia Post, please allow up to 3-10 business working days for the package to arrive. If you have not received your items after this time please contact us as soon as possible.
Online Store Payment Security:
We only accept Paypal. Checkout is provided by our providers Squarespace and Paypal. During checkout, you will be directed to either one of these websites to complete the purchase.
We never have access to your personal information besides the shipping address and contact information (email address).
